As every year, we have an influenza virus epidemic in the winter and summer seasons. Bacteria and viruses do not like alkaline bodies, so a healthy diet and lifestyle is particularly important now.

How do you strengthen your immune system?
Avoid everything that stresses and weakens your body such as too little sleep, negative thoughts, excessive alcohol consumption, sugar, cigarettes, white flour and meat products.

From a very early age I have been involved with naturopathy, healthy nutrition, fitness and ForeverYoung concepts. In my experience, it is very easy to eat healthily and cheaply. As long as I can remember, I have been eating intuitively in a 18/6 hour ratio, which means that I generally only eat food in a time window of around 6 hours. This so-called interval fasting keeps you healthy, fit and young!

Organic ginger-apple-lemon smoothie with pure water and honey!

And of course joie de vivre, sport and exercise, ideally in nature!
